FORMULA X FOR SEPHORA - THE TWENTY TWO

Sometimes I really feel like we here in Australia get the short end of the "beauty" stick.  Case in point the limited edition Formula X For Sephora - The Twenty Two nail polish collection.

Below two important points:
Number 1: We don't have a Sephora in this land of Aus (...sob).
Number 2: We cant get our little manicured paws on Formula X nail polish here either (...sigh)

Formula X, for those of you who may not have heard about this brand of polish is hailed as being the next BIG thing in the world of the mani/pedi.  With it's gel like shine (like.. HIGH shine) formula and staying power as well as boasting a great colour range to choose from, who wouldn't want to get their little paws on some? 

So what is a beauty junkie to do when she hears of such product, but she just cant get it? Well that's easy... she enlists the help of one of her bestie's (who was in the states for work anyway) - let's call her Lady Fable to take a mini adventure to the magical land of Sephora.

 

 

So looking forward to seeing Lady Fable on her return and of course playing with my new goodies.

A CHRISTMAS WISH LIST 2013 - IN TRUE BEAUTY VOYEUR STYLE PART 1

I. LOVE. CHRISTMAS.
I love Christmas, I really do.  For me there is no more exciting time than when walking into department stores only to see the beginning's of Christmas gifting magically appear especially on the make-up counters - Ahhhh I am smiling now just thinking about it.

So from now (Yes I know it is only the beginning of November) in the lead up to Christmas I am going to sprinkle some great gift idea's for the make up lover throughout this blog.

1. FOR THE LABEL LOVER

2.  THAT ONE BIG SPECIAL GIFT

Stila never seem to disappoint when it comes to their Christmas giftables... and this year is no different. I am so completely in-love with their Artist Signature Set (feel free to surprise me with one Hubby...love you) that is filled with so many lovely spoils I get tingles just looking at it.

Now I have to be honest I am not sure if we will get it here is in Australia,  I do have my fingers and toes crossed though... But it can be found at Sephora OR Stila

 

 

 

3.   FOR THE FRAGRANT HOME

Last year I started a new Christmas tradition... that I would invest in the beautiful limited edition holiday candle that Glasshouse released.  This year they have come out with 3 but I have to say my favourite is "Night Before Christmas - dancing sugar plumes". The jar alone screams Christmas.

BEAUTY VOYEUR 2.0

It's been quite some time since my last post.  I have no excuse. I never forgot about my dear
BEAUTY VOYEUR blog... I guess life and my addiction to Instagram (FYI you can find me there under the same name also) just got in the way.

Sooo... I have cleansed, toned, serumed and moisturised all while sitting here with a hot skinny cappuccino in my DEAN & DELUCA NY mug, surrounded by all of my make-up loves that are sure to inspire ready for a fresh start.
